Seats at the Table is featured in a new publication!

The DisOrdinary Architecture Project winning intervention for the London Festival of Architecture 2023, Seats at the Table, and our 2010 Taking Steps projects have been included in a brand new publication: Public London: Activating the City by NLA - London’s Built Environment Community.

Public London is a new research project exploring at some of the momentous projects of the last two decades that have dramatically improved the lives of local Londoners, exploring what constitutes successful and democratic public realm today, the role of co‑creation and partnerships, and how we can ensure that places are fit‑for‑purpose in the long term. The publication coincides with the 20th anniversary of the London Festival of Architecture (LFA) - for which our Seats at the Table project was a key project for in 2023, challenging conventional public realm design and exploring alternative ways of working and reusing materials to create truly accessible places, as well as Taking Steps in 2010, celebrating the act of inclusive movement in the city through.

You can access a digital version of the publication on the NLA website, or pick a physical copy from The London Centre. Also at the London Centre you can see the exhibition connected to the project, which is up until XXX.
