Bodies of Difference

2018

This week-long workshop at the Royal Academy of Design Copenhagen asked all new Masters students to create an experience/situation to celebrate bodily differences; designing new relations between bodies and environments, by adapting and transforming immediate environments.

For DisOrdinary Architecture, disabled artists Noemi Lakmaier, Raquel Meseguer and Dave Dixon, together with Jos Boys, ran introductory workshops at the beginning of the week to open students up to different and embodied ways of exploring experiential relationships to built space, based on creatively playing with difference and diversity.
